Whether it’s Boise’s central location, it’s close proximity to world class outdoor recreation, or the thriving arts community – there are a myriad of reasons why this place is the jewel of the Gem State.
According to the article the best-performing cities to the list have large public outdoor spaces, lots of playgrounds, top hospitals and strong schools. In addition they also considered local economy, unemployment info, and high school graduation rates.
